  It seems nobody knows what’s going on here. Last time I’m ever coming here again. Look for another store. Save your self the time. These guys tell you one thing and once you get your first T-Mobile bill? It’s a big supprise. STAY AWAY

  What I hate more in this world are liars. These guys gave us the runaround. I purchased a phone a few days ago in Orlando, I wanted to exchange it for a different one. I was well aware about the restocking fee. As soon as I told them I wanted to return my phone the guy got hesitant. Then he said he didn’t have it in stock mind you I called 10 minutes prior and they said they had it. I had my sister call the store a few minutes later and they told her they had it in stock. Is this how T-Mobile works? No wonder this place has such bad reviews. Most of the good reviews are left by instore employees. I will be calling corporate about this matter! I am a new customer coming from sprint and this isn’t a very good experience.

  This is hands down the best T-Mobile in Kissimmee they have great staff and customer service. Anything you need come here they can assist you with any issues or questions you might have.
