  The sales people don’t have any idea of the are doing, they don’t even talk to the customers about their options or what they can do in case the purchase is not pleasant, in addition to that, complaints aren’t received at all considering they hide behind their policies which they do not explain to the customers. It’s a terrible service not to mention AT&T is not a pleasant provider, I’m going to stick with T-Mobile.
