  Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!! Finished job 13 days later than promised because the tech was always late or sick. Promised to finish job at a specified time and was paid in full up front. Cost me several hundred dollars to compensate my tenants because the job went over. Manager Carlos is clueless when it comes to customer service. Cared more about defending his tech than resolving the issue.

  Worst customer service ever! Spent all of 3 minutes in the store cause I couldn't take it, as soon as I walked in they ask me Spanish how can I help you ?" So I tell him in English I'm looking for wood looking tiles so he looks to the guy at the register for help and the guy at the register tells him in Spanish "ask him how much money he has!" Thinking maybe I don't understand Spanish but I do and after some back and forth between The two employees the guy finally says in English whats your budget how much money you looking to spend? First you should never answer a question with a question and 2nd you should assume that you will get a customer to spend more by showing them the benefits why different tiles cost more but this guy didn't even come from behind the counter and just talked from across the store and then picked up the phone in the middle of all this so I walked out. I been to 4 different places in the last week and none of them did this.
