I came to this repair place a little over a week ago. My phone screen was shattered but still completely functional. They fixed my screen in about 20 minutes. It was really fast which I appreciated. However, just a day and half later my phone screen started randomly malfunctioning. It wouldn't respond sometimes. I brought my phone back in to them and the gentleman that fixed my phone told me about a chip that's in my phone that might have moved out of place and apparently that chip controls the connectivity of the screen. He told me that sometimes it gets warped and that if I put it in my back pocket to not do that. So then, he told me that he has a guy that can do it for $85. That's cheap and all fine and dandy except for the fact that even when my IPhone screen was shattered (obviously because it was dropped), it didn't have this problem. At all. When they fixed my screen is when the real problem started. I went back again a couple of days ago to explain that I haven't been able to use my phone for the past 3 days, (now 4 days), and he explained the same thing to me and when I spoke up about how I never had this problem before they fixed my screen he cut me off (more than likely because there was another customer in the store) and told me that it was a common problem with my phone and to google it..... I'm honestly really pissed off. I'm a student and I have a handicap brother so it is really inconvenient for me to not be able to use my phone. I had to contact apple and make an appointment at one of their stores. More than likely I'm going to have to pay something to get this resolved. If that is the case I guarantee that I am going to being calling this repair store again.
