  Employees are not helpful, unknowledgeable, and rude. Won't be visiting this store anymore. AutoZone and advanced Auto has better knowledgeable people who are willing to help.

  Went into this store this morning to get my battery checked out and waited for 15 min to get someone to talk to me no one in the store he was on the phone with a customer then someone walked in he got off the phone and spoke to me I told him what I needed so he tells his coworker that he was stepping out side before he did he asked the lady if she needed anything she asked him what she needed he helped her a phone call comes in the other guy answers puts them on hold and tells the guy that's going to help me that he has a call before he help me resides to pick up the call and helps who ever is on the phone on the phone with the for another 20mins at this point I'm getting up set he Decides to answer another call and start helping them I told him to forget it and I walked out horrible customer service and that location ..
