  Being in retail management, I am very particular and very attentive to customer service. With that being said, I received the most exceptional customer experience by the very sweet young lady Aora and by the very nice young man Juan. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, they were very attentive to my needs while not being too pushy. I usually do business with Cash America but because these two went above and beyond I have decided to take my business to La Familia. Kudos to management for the great hires. Will come back soon.
