  I went on Monday to purchase a wall art to realize the coupon had expired on Sunday at midnight. The cashier called the store manager Katie (Kirklands Loop Kissimmee) to see if she can honor it. She declined. I showed her the same item discounted online and she still would not honor it claiming that was not allowed. My kid really wanted it so I ended buying it online while in store as it was a $20 difference to be picked up 3 days later. I am also a retail manager and aware that she bluntly lied as it CAN BE DONE. POOR MANAGERIAL SKILLS!!! I do not see myself returning to this location and choosing the competition.
