  Long story short, I had purchased two discontinued chairs, one from the store in Orlando and one had to be shipped from Tampa. They called day of delivery saying the chair was damaged, and there are no longer any more chairs. Nathan Perez had called me back and forth a couple of times doing everything he could to possibly help me out, and he truly was an angel, and his customer service exceptional. I cannot thank him and Juliette enough. They turned a very frustrating situation into a very positive experience. Thank you guys so much! (Especially Nathan for contacting me back and forth! Your efforts are greatly appreciated!)

  I had a great experience shopping at Ashley's on Osceola Parkway. The customer service was great, the store was well organized, and the selection was far superior in quality than all the other furniture stores I've been to. Huberto did a great job helping me with my selections and was my "Go-to" guy during this whole experience furnishing my home. The managers Carlos and Gabby were also extremely helpful as well and exhibited superb customer service. Michael also provided some great advice during this experience. I would highly recommend this location
