  Spoke to the Owner at 8am and they informed me to come by at 4.45 and they would be able to put my child's name on an item quickly while I wait there. Showed up and they we're very rude and explained they could not do my item until Monday. Really wish they would have given me a call back or not assured me they could do it. Bad customer service and clearly do not put their clients first or keep their word. I could have spent all day trying to find another place but now we are stuck.
